You spoke, we listened. After our technology team reviewed feedback from our Brokers & Agents, we have decided to remove the Ask RE/MAX, our consumer-facing chat bot feature on remax.ca.
On April 30th 2019, the Ask RE/MAX chat bot tool will no longer be available to consumers on remax.ca.
Thanks to your feedback we discovered the feature was not always available and therefore it was not fulfilling the need to provide “instant” assistance to remax.ca visitors. In an effort to better serve our consumers — your clients — our team is in the process of finding a better solution. We want to provide consumers with a conversational experience in their home buying and selling process and connect them to RE/MAX Agents instantly.
Brokers and Agents who are currently using the Ask RE/MAX feature can contact AskAvenue to set-up the chat feature on their own websites: email@example.com
