IN MARKET NOW: 2019 Fall Media Campaign

Over the next fourteen weeks, the RE/MAX brand will be hitting the streets, streaming online, scrolling in social feeds and even making an appearance on your TV! The 2019 Fall Media Campaign officially debuted on August 5th, and will run until November 11th. Details are below on how we’ll continue to keep Canada’s most recognized real estate brand top of mind.

1) HGTV LOGO
  • In-market dates: Now through September 23rd
  • RE/MAX presents Real Estate Tuesday: Tuesday nights will focus on buying and selling on HGTV, with RE/MAX advertising running within a contextually relevant environment on popular programs like House Hunters, City vs Burbs, and Hot Properties (among others), providing the perfect backdrop for our branded sponsorship opportunity.

  • In market dates: September 3rd through November 11th
  • YouTube: Combination of 6 and 15 second spots as pre-roll and bumpers,
  • Programmatic: Banners (video format) served on brand-safe and consumer relevant news and search sites (like theglobeandmail.com)
  • Facebook and Instagram: Facebook and Instagram ads, and as a new addition, Instagram Stories! Full vertical video will showcase our incredible creative in full [mobile] screen, targeting the 25 to 40 year old audience.
  • Pinterest: Combination of 6 and 15 second video assets to live as video pins on the platform, targeting users who demonstrate affinity to home decor, residential architecture, DIY, and real estate (to name a few)

New, shorter social creative will be in market this fall as multiple third party findings show that consumers who complete videos are more likely to be persuaded and think favorably about the brand. View some example spots below!

  • The “Why” Factor: Spotify will increase brand favourability and will positively affirm brand messaging in a heavily engaged consumer environment
  • Assets: A combination of visual and audio messaging in both video and static format ad placements, driving users to click-through to the RE/MAX website

  • Over 75 placements across the region in high traffic, highly visible areas
