  • What is a mortgage pre-approval?
  • How much of a down payment is required?
  • Is now a good time to buy?

If you know the answer to either one of these questions, we’ve got news for you! To help new and first-time home buyers get a foot in the door and showcase you as experts in the industry, we’re launching The RE/MAX House Call contest.

The social media campaign has already begun and goes until Nov. 21, 2017, inviting Canadians to submit their burning real estate questions using the hashtag #AskREMAX. Select questions will receive a video answer each week from one of RE/MAX’s reputable brokers or agents anywhere in Canada, just like THIS!

Submissions will also be entered for a chance to win a weekly $200 Visa gift card.

Recognizing that buying or selling a home is a significant emotional decision, we wanted to put a more personal touch into how you can connect with home buyers. Video answers are the perfect way to add a face to the information received, and reaffirms both our commitment to customers as well as the value a qualified realtor brings to the table.

In an era where millennial home buyers prefer text to talk, videos have taken over news feeds and marketing to a moving target is the challenge, The RE/MAX House Call reiterates the need for face-to-face connections, but with a digital twist.

This is a great opportunity for us to showcase our trusted industry to thousands of homebuyers and sellers and reinforce the value of choosing a RE/MAX agent.

It’s time to get started! To begin, share THIS article about The RE/MAX House Call or THIS post welcoming your audience to ask you questions. Just make sure they hashtag #AskREMAX to be entered to win one of our $200 weekly prices.
