September Sales Meeting Tips

September Sales Meeting Tips

The weather is still hot, the sun is shining, and the sound of flip flops can be heard if you listen closely. While technically it is still summer, it is difficult to ignore the lineup of school busses on your morning commute, or the chill in the air that sets in once the sun starts to go down. We are still holding on to the last little bit of summer, and you probably are too! While we ease into the busy fall season ahead, here are some top sales meeting tips that will ensure your agents are ready once we are fully emerged in the busy fall market.

1. Understanding Lead Logic

Now that FiveStreet has been launched and most agents are familiar with it, it’s a good idea to make sure they understand the lead logic. Watch the video on RISE called “Lead Logic Explained” to make sure your agents understand where leads are coming from and how they are distributed.

2. Competitive Intelligence

Sharing the value of the RE/MAX brand is one of the most important things your agents can do! To help them share the value they bring to the table as a RE/MAX agent, we have created a Competitive Intelligence Series that shares information and statistics on how RE/MAX stacks up to the competition. Show your agents where they can access these visually appealing reports on the regional blog.

3. Farming Strategies

One of the best ways to generate leads is to consistently work a geographical farm area. Watch the video on RISE called “Camp RE/MAX 2016 – Week 4 – Blue Ribbon” for some great tips and tricks to show your agents how to start farming an area.

4. Adding exclusive listings to

Make sure your agents know that they have the ability to add exclusive listing to and have an online presence for the listings to generate additional leads. Watch the video on RISE called “Adding Exclusive Listings to” to show them how they can go this themselves.
