Support a Fellow RE/MAX Agent

As a RE/MAX agent, you have dedicated your career to helping people find a safe, warm place to call home. You help them find the place that will comfort them after a bad day, and where a solid foundation and strong walls have the power to support them on days where the weight of the world is on their shoulders. In the same way you turn a house into a home for your clients, RE/MAX turns a career into a family. When someone needs help, there is an entire global network of supportive individuals standing behind them.

Recently a RE/MAX agent began a GoFundMe page in support of fellow RE/MAX agent, Hugo Castrillon of RE/MAX West Realty Inc., Brokerage. At the beginning of April, Hugo and his family received the news that their 5-year-old daughter, Erica, had Pulmonary Hypertension (PH), a rare incurable disease affecting the heart. Along with the diagnosis came the realization that life would change, and for the Castrillon family that means prioritizing the thing that means the most to them, their family and the time they spend together.

“This means very drastic changes to our lifestyle, and no longer putting off some of our family “bucket list” items for a later time.”

“It’s means selling our house, to ensure we are financially able should we need to get her care outside of Canada, etc.”

With this GoFundMe page, you have the opportunity to make a difference. You have the chance to show that home is the best place in the world, and when you call RE/MAX home you have the support of more than just four walls and a roof, you have the support of a network of thousands standing behind you.

RE/MAX INTEGRA is a workplace that encourages each other to work together and it’s time to lead by example, so do something good and show your support by donating to help Erica live a long, healthy life.
